• We tested this manufacturer's filters in our own pool and are proud to offer such an affordable option for the Sta-Rite PLD50 27002-0030S.
• Based on Sta-rite System 2 DE modular cartridge design that combines a D. E. cartridge and a water collecting manifold in one product.  The design has the water collection manifold inside and between the inner and outer pleats of the cartridge module.  This design functions as one large D.E. grid, using both the outside filter fabric surface area as well as the fabric surface area seen in the filter center core.  Similar to the filtration concept of D.E. grids, but with much easier maintenance.
