Hayward DEX2421JKIT Clamp Assembly fits the following filters:
- SwimClear models C2030, C3030, C4030, C5030 and C7030
- ProGrid models DE2420, DE3620, DE4820, and DE6020
- DEP 500 Series models DEP 60, DEP 80, and DEP 100
Note: This product replaces the now obsolete part DEX2420JKIT on the older Hayward swimClear and ProGrid series Filters
This does NOT replace the clamp for the Hayward MICRO CLEAR DE series filters. As far as we know there is no replacement for this.

DEX2421JKIT Clamp system serves the following key functions:
- The clamp assembly secures the filter tank by tightly fastening the upper and lower halves of the filter under pressure during normal operations.
- Prevent leaks and ensures that water flows through the filter media as intended and doesn't escape from the tank.
- Genuine Hayward part designed precisely to provide secure fit and function so your filter functions as designed without risk to safety.
Regular inspection of the clamp assembly is crucial and replacement is highly encouraged if there are signs of excessive wear or damage. A clamp failure during pool pump operations could be catastrophic and dangerous. Filter lid could shoot off under release of filter pressure in the event of a failure.
