  • The Jandy original R0479400 shaft seal is intended specifically for the following Jandy pool pumps:
  • Jandy Stealth, Stealth II, FloPro and Plus Pumps (SHPM, MHPM, FHPM, PHPM models) 
  • NOTE:  Fits pumps made 2008 and after.  To determine shaft seal for your Jandy pump, evaluate the PUMP (not MOTOR) serial number.  Positions 2 and 3 indicate the year.  Example, P08FF indicates the motor was built in 2008.  All pumps with serial number positions 2-5 that are 08FF and higher use the R0479400 shaft seal.  Those with positions 2-5 lower than 08FF should use Jandy R0445500 shaft seal.
